A major focus at Beeman Law Offices is to ensure that you are properly registered as a corporation and all of your corporate books and records are in a form that that survive an attack because of “incompleteness of records.”  What this means to you as a businessperson might appear to be trivial.  What, you might ask, is the reason for this level of precision?  It is simple.  You can exist as a corporation by complying with the regulations of the Secretary of State or Department of Corporations in the state in which you are registered as a corporation.  However, if your corporation is ever challenged in Court, you can lose this corporate authority with a lack of records.  At Beeman Law Offices, we ensure from day one that your corporate books and records are proper.

We do not like partnerships unless they are limited partnerships.  We like LLCs except in situations where there is a 50/50 split that can result in an impasse that can only lead to expensive litigation.
